Hilton Ends 2025 with Robust Luxury and Lifestyle Growth, plus New Signings Across the Caribbean and Latin America

Hilton ended 2025 with record growth across the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA), topping 300 operating hotels in 35 countries and territories and advancing a pipeline of more than 150 properties representing over 21,000 rooms.

Milestone Achieved:
Hilton surpassed 300 operating hotels across 35 countries and territories in the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA).

Pipeline Growth:
More than 150 properties representing 21,000+ rooms are in development, with a record 70 new hotels and 7,800 rooms added to the pipeline in 2025.

Luxury & Lifestyle Expansion:
- Over half of 2025’s openings were luxury and lifestyle properties, pushing the segment beyond 100 hotels.
- Landmark debuts included Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique, Zemi Miches Punta Cana (Curio Collection) in the Dominican Republic, and York Medellín (Curio Collection) in Colombia.

Residences Strategy:
- Debut of Waldorf Astoria Residences Costa Rica.
- Signing of Waldorf Astoria Residences Guadalajara, the first standalone branded residences in CALA.
- Upcoming projects include LXR Resorts in Manuel Antonio (Costa Rica) and Turks & Caicos (Dellis Cay, AMARIS Grace Bay).

Urban Luxury Hotels:
- Conrad Lima (planned for 2028) and Conrad Monterrey will strengthen Hilton’s footprint in key urban markets.

Lifestyle Brand Growth:
New signings across Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Suriname, and the Dominican Republic, plus upcoming Motto by Hilton hotels in Brazil and Mexico.

Focused Service Brands:
- Expansion of DoubleTree, Spark, Tru, Hampton, Tempo, and Hilton Garden Inn across CALA.
- More than 90 hotels in the pipeline for focused service brands, supported by localized prototypes.

Global Growth:
In 2025, Hilton added nearly 800 hotels and 100,000 rooms worldwide, with 1 in 5 hotel rooms under construction globally set to join Hilton’s system.
