Extensive Renovation:
$80 million investment by Trinity Investments, refreshing public spaces, six dining venues, and introducing Club Signia and The Verandah Social Club.

Meetings & Events Hub:
Over 200,000 sq. ft. of flexible indoor and outdoor event space, including a 50,000 sq. ft. Great Hall and oceanfront ballrooms.
