FLY91 has officially launched its new Hyderabad–Vijayawada–Hyderabad and Hyderabad–Rajahmundry–Hyderabad services, marking a significant expansion of its regional network to 11 destinations. Inauguration: Union Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu virtually flagged off the first Vijayawada–Hyderabad flight, praising FLY91’s contribution to the UDAN scheme and regional connectivity. Kollu Ravindra (AP Minister) and other dignitaries attended the ceremonies. Flight Frequency: Daily flights began April 10, with double-daily services starting April 17. Aircraft: ATR 72-600, chosen for efficiency and sustainability in regional operations. Passenger Experience: Inaugural flights featured water cannon salutes and commemorative boarding passes. Expansion Strategy: Vijayawada and Rajahmundry join FLY91’s growing network, which already includes Goa (Mopa), Pune, Bengaluru, Kochi, Agatti, Solapur, Jalgaon, and Sindhudurg. Upcoming additions include Indore, Nanded, and Mangalore. Smartbag91: A new pre-book excess baggage option, designed for travelers connecting to international flights.
