- Created by Executive Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell, under the guidance of Chef Yannick Alléno, the world’s most decorated Michelin-starred chef.
- Marks the capital’s first-ever Michelin-starred breakfast tasting menu, redefining morning dining.

- Five-course gastronomic experience served at the restaurant’s elegant counter.
- Begins with a bespoke amuse-juice and a seasonal bakery creation by Executive Pastry Chef Francesco Mannino.
- Choice of:
- Chai Pudding with Mango
- Seasonal Granola with Berries
- Main course options:
- Weekly Chef’s Special (rotating showstoppers like pan-fried pizza “Heart of Italy,” Turkish Eggs, or viral Tiramisu Pancakes)
- Classic Eggs Royale
- Add-on: Caviar Oscietra at £5 per gram.
- Concludes with French Toast served family-style, plus a gift of Les Chocolats de Yannick Alléno (crafted with birch bark extract).
