The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced a landmark project in Noida, strengthening its luxury footprint in the National Capital Region

Location:
Along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, a rapidly developing corridor near the upcoming international airport.

Hotel Facilities:
- 150 guest rooms
- All-day dining restaurant, bar, and two specialty restaurants
- Ballroom (8,000 sq. ft.) with pre-function areas and versatile meeting rooms
- Recreational amenities: swimming pool, gym, health club, and J Wellness Circle

Residences:
- 74 branded luxury homes, each ~7,500 sq. ft.
- Exclusive Residents’ Club with terraced gardens, lounge, sports facilities, play area, and infinity pool

Partnership:
Developed in collaboration with Gulshan Group, known for premium real estate projects in NCR.

Strategic Importance
- Noida and Greater Noida are undergoing rapid transformation with major infrastructure projects and the new airport driving demand.
