Air France and Extime Travel unveil Paris Stopover, the opportunity to explore the French capital and Paris region between flights

Starting 22nd July 2026, Air France customers can choose, when booking their flight, to extend their stopover in Paris (on either the outbound or return journey) and book a package from Extime travel to explore the capital and the treasures of the surrounding region.

- Partnership: Air France with Extime Travel (Groupe ADP’s tourism brand).
- Concept: Turn long layovers at Paris-Charles de Gaulle into short city breaks.
- Packages: From 1 to 4 nights, including transfers, hotel stays, and curated experiences.

- Customer Demand: A study (April 2026) found 81% of connecting travelers want to explore Paris during layovers.
- Interest is especially strong among Brazilian (92.3%) and Indian (90%) travelers.
- Indian travelers benefit from the removal of French airport transit visa requirements since April 2026.
