All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. announced it has renewed its pre-ordering service for international in-flight duty-free shopping. Orders on the new Pre-Order Service Website will be available for flights departing on or after Saturday, August 1, 2026.
Key Features of the New Service
1. Extended Ordering Window
- From 45 days up to 2 days before departure (for flights departing Japan).
- From 45 days up to 3 days before departure (for flights departing outside Japan).
- This gives passengers more flexibility to secure popular items early.
2. Expanded Product Selection
- About 300 items available online, far more than the limited onboard catalog.
- Includes exclusive products not listed in the inflight magazine ANA SKY SHOP.
3. Advance Online Payment
- Customers can pay by credit or debit card at the time of ordering.
- Payment is finalized once items are received onboard.
- Eliminates the need for cash or inflight payment procedures.
Accessibility
- Website supports multiple languages: Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Italian, and Spanish.
- Browsing is possible even without a flight reservation.
Launch Campaign
- Discounts up to 15% on eligible items.
- Order period: July 22 – August 16, 2026.
- Eligible flights: Departing between August 1 – September 30, 2026 (some exclusions apply).
ANA’s Vision
Keiji Omae, EVP of Customer Experience, highlighted that the revamp is about comfort and convenience, offering a wider selection and smoother shopping to enhance the overall journey.
