Turkish Airlines Signs Multi-Year Agreement with CAE

Turkish Airlines, the airline that flies to more countries than any other airline, has signed a contract with CAE, a global leader in aviation training technologies, at the Farnborough Airshow for the delivery of five full-flight simulators (FFS), two flight training devices (FTD) with an option for two additional FFSs.

Scope: Delivery of advanced simulators and training devices

Devices ordered:
- 2 × A321neo Full Flight Simulators (FFS)
- 2 × B787 Full Flight Simulators (FFS)
- 1 × A350 Full Flight Simulator (FFS)
- 2 × A350 Level-1 Flight Training Devices (FTD)
- Optional:
1 × A350 FFS, 1 × B787 FFS

Purpose:
Expand pilot training across both narrowbody and widebody aircraft types.

Training Infrastructure
- New Flight Training Center:
- Broke ground January 2026.
- Simulator hangars operational in 2027.
- Full center completion by 2028.
- Supports Turkish Airlines’ 10-year flight training investment plan.
