Passenger Flexibility - Eligible travelers (with bookings between 28 February – 15 September 2026) can access: - Complimentary date changes to new travel dates up to 31 October 2026. - Fee-free changes if flights are impacted. - Refunds for unused ticket value (processing may take up to 28 working days).
