This growth strategy is designed to capture rising demand in states like Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, and Mississippi, where population growth, corporate relocations, and infrastructure investments are fueling hotel needs. Brands Expanding: Hyatt Studios, Hyatt Select, Hyatt Place, and Hyatt House. Hyatt Studios Momentum: Extended-stay brand gaining traction with workforce and relocating travelers. Pipeline includes properties in Orlando, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Pensacola, Sarasota, Venice, Macon, and Beaufort. Hyatt Select: Conversion-friendly brand designed for efficiency, enabling existing hotels to join Hyatt’s system. Pipeline includes Tuscaloosa, Savannah North, Valdosta, Hattiesburg, Vicksburg, Oxford, and multiple Louisiana locations. Established Brands: Hyatt Place and Hyatt House continue to anchor growth, with new builds in Huntsville, Weston, Asheville, Fayetteville, Daytona Beach, Destin, Orlando, Doral, Atlanta, and Lafayette.
