Emerald Cruises, a part of Scenic Group, has today announced two long-standing employees as Godparents of Emerald Kaia, which is now en route to the Mediterranean, with the inaugural season commencing from April 2026. Emerald Kaia Overview - First of three next-generation yachts for Emerald Cruises. - Purpose-built for 128 guests, blending contemporary luxury with innovative design. Features include: - Observation Sun Deck with spa pool - Reimagined La Cucina restaurant with open kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining - Night Market Grill private dining for 8 guests - Expansive suites and staterooms - Enhanced wellness facilities with indoor/outdoor gym and diving platform Itinerary & Launch - Departed Halong Bay, Vietnam in February 2026 to join the fleet. - Inaugural Mediterranean season begins April 4, 2026, with an 11-day voyage from Cyprus to Greece. - Will be christened in Venice, Italy, June 2026. - After the Mediterranean, Kaia will transit the Red Sea and Suez Canal in November, sailing the Seychelles and Indian Ocean from December 2026 to March 2027, paired with safari land tours.
