Major Expansion Agreement
Marriott International has signed an agreement with FICO Corporation to develop seven new hotels in Thailand, adding 1,262 keys across Bangkok, Pattaya, and Phuket.
The partnership will introduce three Marriott brands to Thailand for the first time: citizenM, Four Points Flex by Sheraton, and Series by Marriott.
New Hotels in Bangkok
JW Marriott Bangkok Sathorn (288 keys) will expand the JW Marriott brand with a focus on luxury hospitality, wellness, sports, and lifestyle experiences.
citizenM Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 (147 keys) will mark the brand's debut in Thailand, featuring technology-driven hospitality and contemporary design.
Three Four Points Flex by Sheraton properties will also debut in Thailand:
Four Points Flex by Sheraton Bangkok Sukhumvit 8 (162 keys)
Four Points Flex by Sheraton Bangkok Sukhumvit 14 (130 keys)
Four Points Flex by Sheraton Bangkok Surawong (201 keys)
Expansion into Pattaya and Phuket
Marriott's collection brand Series by Marriott will make its Thailand debut with:
Easy Planet North Pattaya, Series by Marriott (192 keys)
Easy Planet Phuket Patong, Series by Marriott (142 keys)
The brand focuses on comfortable stays that reflect the character of each destination while maintaining consistency and reliability.

Strengthening a Long-Term Partnership
The agreement builds on Marriott and FICO's existing collaboration, which already includes four hotels in Bangkok across different Marriott brands.
Once completed, the joint portfolio will comprise 11 hotels across eight brands, including three brand debuts in Thailand.
