Chowman Brings the Ocean to the Table with its Annual Grand Seafood Festival

Chowman is making waves again with its Annual Grand Seafood Festival, running from 22nd July to 22nd August 2026 across select outlets in Delhi and Mumbai.

Curated menu:
Lobster, crab, octopus, squid, prawns, salmon, pomfret, and bhetki.

Signature starters:
- Dynamite Shrimp tossed in Sriracha mayo (Japanese-inspired).
- Honey Walnut Shrimps with caramelised walnuts.
- Kolkata Style Chilli Pomfret and Chilli Octopus paying homage to Tangra’s Chinese legacy.

Mains to savour:
- Deep Fried or Steamed Pomfret with Mandarin Sauce.
- Crispy Fried Baby Bhetki with Chilli Wine, Ginger Wine or Schezwan sauces.
- Butter Chilli Garlic Seafood Noodles.
- Shrimp Chahan Rice with Japanese nori and Shichimi seasoning.
