An unprecedented partnership dedicated to an emblematic historical monument, its region, and its influence, marking a new stage in its transformation into the first French Emblems Collection address.

- Transformation Goal: By summer 2027, the site will reopen as the first French address of Accor’s Emblems Collection, blending luxury hospitality with cultural heritage.
- Banque des Territoires Role: Acting as a long-term equity investor through its Territoires d’Histoire(s) program, focusing on heritage preservation and regional development.
- Accor’s Role: Leading project development and future hotel management.
