Lemon Tree Hotels signs Lemon Tree Resort in Tadgaon and Igatpuri, Maharashtra

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, one of India’s leading hospitality Company, announces the simultaneous signing of two new properties in Maharashtra: Lemon Tree Resort, Tadgaon and Lemon Tree Resort, Igatpuri. With these additions, the Company will have 32 properties in the State with 15 operational and 17 in pipeline, including the two new signings.

Lemon Tree Resort, Tadgaon:
- 110 rooms, restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference facilities.
- Leisure amenities: swimming pool, spa, fitness centre.
- Location: ~75 km from Navi Mumbai International Airport, ~100 km from Mumbai Central Railway Station.

Lemon Tree Resort, Igatpuri:
- 90 rooms, restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference facilities.
- Recreational amenities: swimming pool, spa, fitness centre.
- Location: ~134 km from Mumbai International Airport, ~5.6 km from Igatpuri Railway Station.

Management
- Both properties will be operated by Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd.
