New Signing - Gateway Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru — a 283‑key brownfield project. - Facilities: all‑day diner, specialty restaurant, bar & lounge, pool bar. - Banqueting: ~13,000 sq. ft. versatile space, including two large pillarless halls and multiple meeting rooms. - Leisure: state‑of‑the‑art fitness centre and swimming pool. Strategic Location - Yeshwantpur is a key commercial micro‑market in North Bengaluru. - Reinforces IHCL’s presence in one of India’s leading lodging markets. Partnership - Joint development with Naveen Hotels, led by Mr. Satish Shetty. - This is the third hotel through their collaboration.
