Marriott International, Inc. signed a landmark agreement with CG Hospitality Global to open three new hotels in South Asia, introducing Marriott’s industry-leading luxury and premium hotel brands to key urban, economic and leisure destinations across Nepal and India.

- Marriott International signed a multi-unit agreement with CG Hospitality Global to open three new properties across India and Nepal.

New Properties (Opening by 2031)
1. The Ritz-Carlton, Kathmandu (Nepal)
- 150 rooms, including 30 suites.
- Ritz-Carlton Club, five dining venues, spa, fitness center, pool.
- 1,100 sqm of conference/event space.
- Close to Tribhuvan International Airport and cultural landmarks.

2. The Westin Kathmandu (Nepal)
- 150 premium rooms and suites.
- Three dining venues, Heavenly Spa by Westin, rooftop pool, fitness studio.
- 700 sqm of meeting/banquet space.
- Focus on wellness pillars: Sleep Well, Eat Well, Move Well.

3. JW Marriott Hotel Siliguri (India) - 150 rooms and suites.
- Four dining venues, Spa by JW, pool, fitness center.
- 1,500 sqm of banquet space.
- Located near Bagdogra Airport, gateway to Northeast India.
