Singapore Airlines (SIA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Adrian Chan Pengee to its Board as an independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 15 June 2026.

- Adrian Chan Pengee has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Singapore Airlines (SIA) Board, effective 15 June 2026.
- He will serve on the Board Nominating Committee and the Board Safety and Risk Committee.

- Senior Partner and Head of Corporate at Lee & Lee LLP, one of Singapore’s most respected law firms.
- Over 36 years of experience in corporate law, specializing in:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Corporate governance advisory
- Capital markets and SGX listings
- Regulatory matters and cross-border transactions
- Co-authored Singapore’s first Annotated Code of Corporate Governance.

Leadership & Public Service
- Holds multiple board positions across SGX-listed companies.
- Vice Chairman of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
- Member of the Legal Service Commission and SMU Enterprise Board.
- Former Council Member at the Law Society of Singapore and board member of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.
- Awarded the Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat) in 2022 for contributions to public service.
