SWISS offers digital menus for its customers’ pre-flight use
SWISS has introduced digital menus that passengers can access before their flight, giving them a preview of the food and beverages available onboard. What’s New - Accessible via SWISS app or swiss.com: Menus are available for all classes of travel, across all flights. - Preview without booking code: Anyone can browse menus at least six weeks before departure. Pre-select or pre-order meals: - Premium Economy, Business, First: Expanded or guaranteed meal choices up to 24 hours before departure. - Economy (short-haul): Pre-order meals up to 36 hours before departure. Benefits for Travelers - Transparency & anticipation: Passengers can plan their inflight dining like checking a restaurant menu online. - Convenience: All options are bundled on the “SWISS Culinary Journey” platform, accessible via the app or swiss.com/menu. - Printed menus remain onboard: The digital version is a supplement, not a replacement. SWISS’s Perspective Heike Birlenbach, SWISS Chief Customer Officer, explained that many guests want to know meal options in advance, and digital menus provide both clarity and excitement for the journey.
