Raffles Jeddah has officially opened as a glamorous new landmark on the Red Sea Corniche, bringing the brand’s legendary butler service and spirit of enchanted glamour to one of Saudi Arabia’s most vibrant coastal destinations. Strategic debut: Second Raffles property in Saudi Arabia (after Raffles Makkah Palace), reinforcing Accor’s luxury footprint in the Kingdom. Design inspiration: - Architecture blends Hejazi heritage (mashrabiya screens, carved wood latticework) with modern sophistication. - Interiors by Robert Angell and wellness spaces by Tristan Du Plessis. - Golden entrance and light-filled lobby evoke the golden age of travel. Accommodation: - 182 guestrooms, including 40 suites — among the largest in Jeddah (starting ~66 sqm). - All rooms feature uninterrupted Red Sea views and curated artworks by Saudi and Middle Eastern artists. Culinary experiences: - Surl’O: Progressive brasserie blending East–West traditions. - Atorie Lounge & Patisserie: French pâtisserie meets Japanese precision, evolving from morning pastries to evening mocktails. - A third Mediterranean-inspired restaurant will launch later. Wellness & events: - Raffles Spa with Moroccan hammams, fitness centers, pools, and private couple’s suites. - Event spaces include six meeting rooms and the striking Pearl and Crystal Ballrooms with panoramic city views. Vision 2030 alignment: CEO Omer Acar emphasized the hotel’s role in supporting Saudi Arabia’s transformation into a global luxury destination. This opening positions Jeddah as a new hub for luxury hospitality, blending cultural heritage with world-class experiences.
