PATA Celebrates Decades of Partnership with Long-Standing Members at PAS 2026

At the PATA Annual Summit 2026 in Pohang, Korea, the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) celebrated its 75th Anniversary by honoring long-standing member organizations with over 50, 60, and 70 years of membership.

CEO’s message:
Noor Ahmad Hamid praised members for their trust and collective voice, noting their role in shaping a more responsible and sustainable tourism future across Asia Pacific.

70+ years of membership:
- Guam Visitors Bureau (since 1951)
- Hawaii Tourism Authority (since 1951)
- Philippine Department of Tourism (since 1951)
- Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. (since 1956)
- Others: Destination NSW, Marianas Visitors Authority, Tahiti Tourisme, Tourism Fiji

60+ years of membership:
- Hong Kong Tourism Board (since 1957)
- Macao Government Tourism Office (since 1958)
- Tourism Authority of Thailand (since 1959)
- Tourism Malaysia (since 1959)
- Korea Tourism Organization, Nepal Tourism Board, Taiwan Tourism Administration, Thai Airways, World Express Group, Yeti Travels, and more

50+ years of membership:
- All Nippon Airways (since 1973)
- Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (since 1967)
- PACTO DMC Indonesia (since 1972)
- Papua New Guinea Tourism Promotion Authority (since 1967)
- Tourism Solomons (since 1970)
