What is the HERA Challenge?
- A global competition for luxury travel advisors, part of Accor’s HERA loyalty and rewards program (launched in 2024).
- Recognizes top-performing advisors across multiple categories.
- Winners earn a place on the HERA Voyage, an exclusive reward trip to one of Accor’s luxury destinations (location to be revealed later this summer).

Categories for 2026
- Performance Champions: Top 3 by total revenue + Top 3 by single booking revenue.
- Regional Stars: Top 3 in each region (Americas; Europe, Africa & Turkey; Middle East, Asia & Pacific).
- Brand Experts: Top 3 advisors for each luxury brand (Orient Express, Fairmont, Raffles, Sofitel/MGallery/Emblems, Ennismore lifestyle brands).
- Destination Diversifiers: Top 3 with the most diverse range of destination countries booked.

The HERA Voyage
- 33 winning advisors will join the trip.
- Itinerary includes local encounters, cultural immersion, and community integration, aligning with Accor’s sustainability and responsible travel ethos.
- Last year’s winners visited Sofitel Legend Santa Clara Cartagena and Sofitel Baru Cartagena Beach Resort in Colombia, enjoying workshops, excursions, wellness experiences, luxury stays, and a gala awards ceremony.
