Minor Hotels has unveiled its first Colbert Collection property in the UK — the WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, opening in Q4 2026.

Prime corner spot on Piccadilly and Albemarle Street, central London.

Heritage:
The building, a Grade II listed structure designed in 1922–23 by Sir William Curtis Green, was formerly a NatWest bank. Its transformation reflects the West End’s renaissance, blending classical architecture with modern hospitality.

- 50 guest rooms and suites across six floors
- A restaurant and bar inspired by culinary excellence and social connection

Concept:
Colbert Collection is Minor Hotels’ new premium soft brand, focused on authentic culinary moments, visual arts, and community-driven experiences, drawing inspiration from Parisian boulevard cafés.

Strategic Expansion:
This marks Minor Hotels’ second UK property (after nhow London) and the Royal Group of Companies Singapore’s first European hotel investment.

Connectivity:
Walking distance to Green Park tube station, with direct access to Heathrow, and close to London’s iconic attractions like Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Bond Street, and the West End theatres.
