Facilities: - 5 food & beverage outlets (all-day dining, specialty restaurant, bar, lobby lounge, pool bar). - 3 meeting/event spaces including a ballroom. - Leisure amenities: swimming pool, fitness center, spa, and ample parking. Strategic Significance - Positioned near Fontainhas Latin Quarter, Mandovi River Promenade, Dona Paula, and UNESCO-listed Churches and Convents of Goa. - Designed to cater to both year-round leisure and business demand. - Strengthens IHG’s presence in Goa, one of India’s most prominent tourism markets with strong infrastructure and connectivity (two airports).
