Experience: Over two decades in HR, business leadership, and organizational transformation, with roles spanning Aviva Life Insurance India (including CEO & MD), Bank of America, RBS, American Express, GSK Consumer Healthcare, and most recently President – JAPA at WadzPay. Expertise: Widely recognized for culture building, leadership development, and talent strategy, as well as driving large-scale transformation.
