Deutsche Lufthansa AG has officially published the notice convening its 73rd Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place in person at Messe Frankfurt on May 12, 2026. Supervisory Board leadership changes - Proposal to elect Dr. Johannes Teyssen as Chairman-designate of the Supervisory Board. - Nomination of Wolfgang Nickl, CFO of Bayer AG, for election as a new Supervisory Board member. His initial term would run until the 2029 AGM. Departure - Carsten Knobel, CEO of Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, will step down after eight years of service on Lufthansa’s Supervisory Board. He will not stand for re-election and will leave at the conclusion of the AGM. This meeting signals a significant reshaping of Lufthansa’s Supervisory Board, with both new leadership and fresh expertise being introduced, while a long-serving member exits.
