New Brand Launch:
Minor Hotels has introduced its luxury soft brand, Minor Reserve Collection, designed for travelers seeking distinctive, rare, and highly personalized stays.

First Property Signed:
The inaugural property will be Aventora Resort Baía Formosa in Brazil’s Rio Grande do Norte region, scheduled to open in 2028.

Ownership & Development:
The resort is owned by Gremi International Group and will feature 50 guest rooms plus 28 branded residences.
