He has successfully managed restaurants, bars, banquets, destination events, and large-format functions, with strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimisation.

Previous Role:
Prior to this appointment, Kumar was associated with Sayaji Udaipur Resort & Spa, where his leadership contributed to recognition from Forbes and Vogue, including hosting a high-profile destination wedding featured in Vogue.
