Facilities: The property will feature an all-day dining restaurant, bar, swimming pool, treatment room, and yoga space, along with curated wellness and nature experiences. Strategic Expansion: This marks IHCL’s early entry into an underpenetrated leisure micro-market in the Western Ghats, strengthening its boutique positioning.
