- 21 snake boats (chundan valloms) will compete in the main event, with 71 boats participating across categories
- Boats stretch over 100 feet**, rowed by 100+ oarsmen in perfect rhythm to traditional vanchipattu songs
- The race begins with a mass drill at 11 AM, followed by heats and finals
- Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the event at 2 PM, joined by international dignitaries
