IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Vrindam Developers Private Limited to develop voco Vrindavan in Uttar Pradesh.
The 130-key hotel is scheduled to open in Q1 2031.

- 130 guestrooms, including 13 suites
- Three dining venues
- More than 2,340 sq. m. of meeting and event space
- A 1,400 sq. m. ballroom
- Swimming pool and fitness centre
The property will be part of a larger mixed-use development that includes serviced apartments.
