Minor Hotels, a global hotel owner and operator with more than 640 properties across 67 countries, has signed a management agreement to operate Dukes London at 35 St James's Place. The landmark property will join the newly launched Minor Reserve Collection, marking the luxury brand's debut in the UK.

Remains open during renovations, continuing its famed frozen martini ritual — famously linked to Ian Fleming’s James Bond inspiration.
New Additions:
- The Delany Drawing Room — lounge and bar with 160 whiskies, Champagnes, cocktails, conservatory, and garden.
- Partnership with The Wolseley Hospitality Group for a new restaurant.
Partnership:
Collaboration with Seven Tides, extending their UAE hospitality ventures into Europe.
Location Perks:
Steps from Royal Parks, Buckingham Palace, luxury shopping, and theatres, with easy access to Green Park station.
Minor Reserve Collection:
