Landmark Hotel Palace Berlin to join Hyatt's premium full-service portfolio as Hyatt Regency Palace Berlin

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced that the Hotel Palace Berlin will join the Hyatt Regency brand in early 2027, following a phased renovation.

Key Details
- Location: Berlin’s City West, opposite the Berlin Zoo, near Kurfürstendamm and Europa-Center.
- Rooms & Suites: 239 guestrooms and 39 suites.

Facilities:
- Regency Club lounge (reimagined from the current club lounge)
- beef45 restaurant, two bars
- Spa and pool
- 2,600 m² (28,000 ft²) of event space across 18 venues, accommodating up to 900 guests.

Strategic Importance
- Strengthens Hyatt’s Berlin portfolio, which already includes Grand Hyatt Berlin, Me and All Hotel Berlin East Side, Lindner Hotel Berlin Ku’damm (JdV by Hyatt), and five Mr & Mrs Smith hotels.
- Becomes the fourth Hyatt Regency in Germany, joining Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Mainz.
- Adds to Hyatt’s 25 hotels in Germany (over 5,000 rooms across eight brands as of Q2 2026).
