Hyatt and Green Rock Announce Plans for Armenia’s First Hyatt Regency Hotel

Hyatt Regency Dilijan will introduce Hyatt's premium full-service brand to Armenia, supporting Dilijan's continued growth as a leading destination for leisure, meetings and events.

Hyatt Regency Debuts in Armenia
- Franchise Agreement: Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Green Rock LLC signed to open Hyatt Regency Dilijan.
- Significance: Marks the first Hyatt Regency in Armenia, expanding Hyatt’s premium full-service portfolio across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
- Location: Dilijan, ~1.5 hours from Yerevan and ~3.5 hours from Tbilisi, with a rooftop helipad for enhanced access.

- Dilijan is known for mountain landscapes, cultural heritage, and national parks.
- Green Rock’s broader plan includes hospitality education, community spaces, restaurants, and cultural attractions (music hall, art park).
- Goal: Establish Dilijan as a year-round tourism and lifestyle destination.

- Extensive dining and family entertainment facilities
- Conference center for 550+ guests
