Following strong demand for its recently launched Bangkok service, Dubai-based carrier flydubai has announced the introduction of a second daily flight to Bangkok from 18 July.
Bangkok Service Boost
- Starting 18 July 2026, flydubai will operate two daily flights from Dubai to Don Mueang International Airport (DMK).
- This comes just weeks after the launch of its first daily service to Bangkok on 01 July 2026.
Thailand Network Expansion
- Krabi flights will increase from 4 weekly to daily, bringing flydubai’s total to 21 weekly flights to Thailand.
- This strengthens connectivity during the busy summer travel period.

- The new Bangkok flights are part of the flydubai–Emirates codeshare, offering:
- Single ticket itineraries
- Through check-in of baggage
- Access to a combined network of 240+ destinations worldwide

- New routes include Benghazi (Libya), Aleppo (Syria, from 20 July), and Pokhara (Nepal, from 23 September).
This expansion positions flydubai as a serious competitor in Southeast Asia, leveraging Dubai’s hub status to capture both leisure and business travelers.
