- Design: Created by Ealain Studio, blending Charleston’s maritime heritage, historic architecture, and Southern culture. Rich navy tones, warm oak finishes, and handcrafted details evoke the city’s character.

- Leeward Restaurant & Patio: Lowcountry-inspired cuisine in a lively setting.
- Lowline Spirited Coffee & Provisions: Featuring Savannah-based PERC Coffee and grab-and-go options.
- The Long Game at Leeward: Private entertainment space with a golf simulator and group dining options.
- Pour Taproom (rooftop): Curated craft beers with skyline views.
