Adani Airports Unveils Integrated Airport City Development Spanning More Than 655 Acres Across Five States in India

Adani Airport City Limited (AACL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), India's largest private airport operator, has unveiled an ambitious programme to develop integrated airport cities across its airport network, bringing together hospitality, retail, entertainment, convention and commercial infrastructure within seamlessly connected, walkable urban districts.

Scale & Investment
- ₹20,000 crore investment in Phase 1.
- 22 million sq. ft. of development across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, and Guwahati.
- Land bank: 655 acres, with 440 acres in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai alone.
- Nearly 70% of investment concentrated in MMR, India’s leading aviation and commercial hub.
