Campaign Overview - Launch Date: June 19, 2026 - Goal: Boost Hong Kong’s appeal as a summer destination, attract overnight visitors, and increase spending. - Scope: Citywide offers across attractions, dining, transport, and shopping. Flagship Event – Sun Life Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Festival - Dates: June 19 – July 1, 2026 (extended to 13 days). - Location: Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade, Victoria Harbour. Highlights: - Over 220 teams from 16 countries/regions (4,500+ athletes). - 50th Anniversary Fishermen Invitational Cup with traditional wooden dragon boats. - 50th Anniversary Championship featuring champions from nine race categories. - Cultural workshops (fishing net plaiting, sugar blowing, rice dumpling making). - VR dragon boat racing, heritage performances, live music, and themed photo spots. - Supported by 14 sponsors and 30+ shops offering hotel, dining, and shopping deals.
