Chef Vikas Khanna’s role - Serves as exclusive mentor at RPH, shaping the institute’s teaching philosophy. - His recognition by TIME was accompanied by a tribute from Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin. - Founder of Junoon (Michelin-starred for 8 years) and Bungalow (Michelin Bib Gourmand) in New York. - Known for initiatives like #FeedIndia, which delivered over 30 million meals during the pandemic.
