RPH College of Hospitality Management Launches Chef Vikas Khanna Scholarship After Chef’s Inclusion in TIME 100 Most Influential People of 2026

RPH College of Hospitality Management in Mumbai has launched the Chef Vikas Khanna Scholarship to honor the Michelin-starred chef’s inclusion in TIME magazine’s 100 Most Influential People of 2026.

Scholarship details
- Named the Chef Vikas Khanna Academic Excellence Scholarship.
- Open to students in the B.Sc. (Hospitality Studies) and B.A. (Culinary Arts) programs affiliated with the University of Mumbai.
- Awards will be based on academic performance in the first two years and overall commitment to excellence in hospitality and culinary education.
- Applications are open immediately for the 2026–27 academic session.

Chef Vikas Khanna’s role
- Serves as exclusive mentor at RPH, shaping the institute’s teaching philosophy.
- His recognition by TIME was accompanied by a tribute from Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin.
