Location: On the Jaipur–Agra highway, strategically positioned near Keoladeo National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world’s most important bird sanctuaries. Capacity: 105 keys. Facilities: - All-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, and bar. - Recreational amenities: swimming pool and fitness centre. - Banquet hall (4,000 sq. ft.) with pre-function areas and meeting rooms, catering to weddings, MICE, and corporate events. Strategic Rationale - Rising demand for short vacations and weekend travel in accessible leisure destinations. - Bharatpur positioned to benefit from experiential travel, destination weddings, and MICE tourism. - IHCL now has 67 hotels in Rajasthan, including 24 under development. Partnership - Collaboration with Mr. Yadur Kapur, who brings 28+ years of expertise in the automotive sector and a diversified real estate portfolio valued at INR 1,500 crore. - Kapur expressed confidence that the Gateway brand will help position Bharatpur as a preferred short-haul leisure getaway.
