Record Growth:
- 250 signings this fiscal year, expanding IHCL’s brandscape.
- Strengthened presence in the luxury segment with the Claridges Collection, Atmantan Wellness Centre, and Brij Hospitality.
Midscale Leadership:
- Ginger leads with over 250 hotels across 150+ locations, boosted by acquisitions of ANK and Pride Hospitality.
Luxury Expansion:
- 19 new Taj signings, including a flagship in Cairo, a 500-key hotel in Patna, and branded residences in Noida.
- The re-imagined Gateway brand now surpasses 50 hotels.
New Markets:
- Openings in Lakshadweep, Ekta Nagar, Raichak, Kanpur, Vrindavan, and Bhutan, alongside strengthened presence in Goa, Ahmedabad, Coorg, Kochi, Gurugram, Delhi, Varanasi, Udaipur, Haridwar, and Dehradun.
Operating Scale:
- Over 33,000 rooms across 373 operating hotels.
- IHCL is on track to achieve its Accelerate 2030 strategy goal of 700 hotels.
