Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway is delighted to present a ten-day culinary celebration of Bhatkali cuisine at its all-day dining restaurant, Feast.

Host & Lead Chef:
Chef Fathima Riyaz, a specialist in Bhatkali (Navayath) cuisine, collaborating with Executive Chef Sajid Patel.

Cuisine Roots:
From the coastal town of Bhatkal in Uttara Kannada, blending Arab, Persian, and Konkani influences.
