Capacity: The hotel will feature 350 rooms. Dining & Leisure: Guests will enjoy an all-day dining restaurant, a stylish bar, a specialty restaurant, and a lounge. Events & Conferences: The property will offer 16,000 sq. ft. of banqueting space plus state-of-the-art meeting rooms. Wellness & Recreation: Facilities include a gym, health club, swimming pool, and treatment rooms for therapies. Location Advantage: Hennur is a rapidly developing suburb in North Bengaluru, close to IT hubs and the airport, making it a strategic hospitality destination. Partnership: The project is being developed with Mr. Sanjay Suresh, Managing Director of Billore Ventures Pvt Ltd, continuing a longstanding collaboration with IHCL. IHCL Presence in Bengaluru: With this addition, IHCL will have 20 hotels in Bengaluru, including 11 under development.
