- Strategic Value: Adds curated family and corporate experiences, expands into lifestyle offerings

3. SSL Nirvana Grand Golf Developers Private Limited (Sindhudurg)
- Focus: Leisure infrastructure
- Strategic Value: Asset-backed investment in luxury travel, enhances experiential stays

4. Levo Beauty Private Limited (Gurugram)
- Focus: Wellness and aesthetics (spa, salon, dermatology)
