The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts has officially opened applications for the Leela Leadership Development Programme (LLDP) – Class of 2027, a prestigious 15-month initiative aimed at cultivating the next generation of leaders in Indian luxury hospitality.

Programme Highlights
- Duration: 15 months of immersive learning
- Partners: Indian School of Hospitality (ISH) in alliance with Les Roches

- Structure:
- Classroom learning and online modules
- On-the-job training across two Leela properties
- Bootcamps focused on operational, business, and people skills
- Capstone project and certification

Who Can Apply
- Internal and external candidates
- Must hold a 3- or 4-year hotel management degree
- Minimum 1 year of operational experience with The Leela or an equivalent luxury brand
