Marriott International has announced record-setting growth in its branded residential portfolio across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA): Scale of Expansion - Portfolio now spans 18 countries and territories in EMEA. - Includes 33 open locations and 50+ projects in the pipeline. - Since end of 2023, growth has been 23% in Europe and 59% in Middle East & Africa. 2025 Highlights - Nearly 20 branded residence agreements signed this year, about half being standalone projects. - Two-thirds of signings are in the luxury segment, the rest in premium. - Strong sales velocity: 19 projects launched sales this year, with some selling out within weeks.
