The Project - IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with YB Group to develop the Holiday Inn Express Mumbai BKC. - The property will feature 100 keys and is scheduled to open in Q1 2028. Location Advantage - Situated on the periphery of Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai’s premier commercial district. - Offers proximity to corporate HQs, consulates, cultural venues, luxury malls, and dining hotspots. - Designed to attract international and domestic business delegates, MICE visitors, and leisure travelers. Brand Positioning - Holiday Inn Express is IHG’s largest and fastest-growing brand, with over 3,200 hotels globally. - Focuses on “simple, smart hospitality” — balancing efficiency with comfort. - Incorporates Generation 5 design, featuring flexible workspaces and refreshed aesthetics for both business and leisure stays.
