Singapore Airlines Appoints Lee Theng Kiat and Henrik Poulsen to Board of Directors
Singapore Airlines (SIA) is pleased to announce the appointments of Mr Lee Theng Kiat and Mr Henrik Poulsen to its Board, with effect from 19 October 2026.
Lee Theng Kiat Joins the Board
- Appointed as a Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director effective 19 October 2026.
- Will serve on the Board Executive Committee and Board Safety and Risk Committee.
- Currently chairs Singtel and Singapore Energy Interconnections.
- Former President and CEO of Temasek International.
Henrik Poulsen Joins as Independent Director
- Appointed as an Independent, Non-Executive Director effective 19 October 2026.
- Will join the Board Safety and Risk Committee from 15 February 2027.
- Currently serves as Chairman of Carlsberg A/S, Faerch A/S, and Flatpay ApS.
Extensive Leadership Experience
- Lee Theng Kiat brings experience across investment, telecommunications, law, and corporate leadership.
- Henrik Poulsen has held senior leadership roles at Ørsted, TDC, Novo Nordisk, LEGO, and KKR.
