The recognition is for the Rail Parcel App, developed by the Commercial Department of Hyderabad Division.

Presentation:
The award was received by Smt. Ity Pandey, Principal Chief Commercial Manager, SCR, and the Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Hyderabad Division, at the Indian Habitat Centre, New Delhi on 26 September 2026.

Significance:
The SKOCH Award, instituted in 2003, is one of India’s most prestigious recognitions for excellence in digital, financial, social inclusion, governance, and technology transformation.
