flydubai has launched daily non-stop flights between Dubai International (DXB) and Pokhara International Airport (PHH), establishing the first direct air link between Dubai and Western Nepal.

Historic launch:
flydubai has become the first airline to operate scheduled international flights to Pokhara International Airport (PHH), opening direct connectivity between Dubai and Western Nepal.

Daily service:
Flights run non-stop every day from Dubai International (DXB) Terminal 3, with departures at 12:00 and arrivals in Pokhara at 18:15. The return flight leaves Pokhara at 19:15 and lands in Dubai at 22:00.

Boost to Nepal’s aviation:
This makes Pokhara Nepal’s third airport with scheduled international connectivity, a major step for the country’s aviation sector.

Adventure tourism gateway:
Pokhara is known as the capital of adventure tourism and the main entry point to the Annapurna Mountain range, so this route directly supports tourism growth.

Expanded network:
With this addition, flydubai now operates 35 weekly flights to Nepal (including four daily flights to Kathmandu), and offers seamless connections via its codeshare with Emirates to over 140 destinations worldwide.

Fares:
Return tickets start from AED 1,950 (Economy) and AED 5,400 (Business) from Dubai, while fares from Pokhara start at NPR 80,500 (Economy) and NPR 135,000 (Business).

This move not only strengthens ties between the UAE and Nepal but also makes Western Nepal far more accessible for both leisure and trade.
